Refund policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it – unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at support@skince.in.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

⚠️ Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping charges for the return will be borne by the customer.

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.


No Returns for Opened Products (If As Described)

All our product photos and videos are created to accurately represent what you will receive. If the product delivered matches the description and visuals shown on our website or in promotional content —
it will not be eligible for return, even if:

  • The seal is opened

  • The product has been used/tried

  • You did not like the result or had a change of mind

This is to maintain hygiene standards and ensure fair use of our return policy.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged

  • You received the wrong product

We will evaluate the issue and make it right through a refund or replacement, as applicable.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty/skincare products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item.

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Once the seal is opened, the product is considered used.
Skincare application products and tools cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
Due to hygiene reasons, returns are only accepted if the product is received damaged, faulty, or non-functional.


Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our team as soon as possible.

NOTE: Products with broken seals cannot be returned or canceled.

  • If your order is in transit, a cancellation charge of ₹300 will apply

  • If your order has been delivered, cancellation within 10 days is allowed, with a cancellation fee of ₹650

All returns will be inspected by our team before processing.
If the product is returned in damaged or used condition, the company holds the right to withhold your refund without prior notice.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to place a new order and return the existing item (if eligible). Once the return is approved, you can proceed with a separate purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
If your refund is approved, the amount will be automatically returned to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and reflect the refund.
