We offer a limited warranty of two year that commences from the date of purchase for all the products purchased from us.
Covered in warranty: Manufacturing defects
Exclusions: Physical damages/software related issues and water damage. 

Any repair and replacement service covered by warranty for 2 year. shipping and handling will be free within the first month of period after that shipping and handling will be charged as per decide by company. We offer pick-up and drop services even from the remote locations however, if the location is found to be non-serviceable by our courier partners, customers are requested to ship the product to any of our Center attaching a copy of the purchase bill. Repair services will undergo the usual process and the product will be shipped back to the customer once the product is repaired.

The limited warranty does not cover:
i. Defects or damage resulting from accidents, neglect, misuse, or abnormal use; abnormal conditions or improper storage; exposure to liquid, moisture, dampness, sand, or dirt; unusual physical, electrical, or electromechanical stress.
ii. Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage, unless caused by SKINCE.
iii. Defects or damage resulting from excessive force.
