BBS LLP (hereinafter referred to as “Skince”, “We”, “Our”, “Us”) is introducing a Campaign (“Campaign”) for 2021 wherein the User (hereinafter referred to as “You”, “Your” or “Customer”) gets an opportunity to participate in the Post it-Win it campaign in wherein the User(s) will be selected through a lucky draw to win an iPhone 12 as described below, subject to the terms of this Policy mentioned below (“Policy”).

This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Rules thereunder as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to terminate, amend or extend, modify, add or remove portions of this Policy or Campaign, at any time without any prior written notice to You.

By participating in this Campaign, all participant User(s) agree to be bound by this Policy, the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and other relevant documentation that are available on www.skince.com including any modifications, alterations or updates that we make.

To participate in the Campaign, You need to fulfil the following criteria:

you need to purchase a product from the Skince Website post 15th March 2021.
you have to be competent to contract as mandated by the Indian Contract Act, 1872;
you shall be in whole compliance of and adhere to all laws and regulations; and
you should have never been convicted of any crime under the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

Skince reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant User that tampers or attempts to tamper with the Campaign or violates the Policy. Further, (i) the employees of Skince and their family members; and (ii) the logistics partners are not eligible to participate in the Campaign.

How to participate in the Campaign:

Step 2: Purchase a product of your choice
Step 3: Post a unique and creative reel/post/video on Instagram/YouTube.

The details of the Campaign are as follows:

Valid on all modes of payment
Campaign Validity - till end of 2021
Campaign will be available full day on the above mentioned dates.
Campaign details: Skince’s “Post it-Win it ” is a lucky draw campaign offering the following:

‘Stand a chance to win an iPhone 12’ where Skince Customers stand a chance of winning Apple iPhone 12 (64GB). One participant User will be chosen every last day of 2 month period starting from 25th March 2021 during the campaign for the giveaway.

One Customer can win only once.
Announcement: The winner of each day of the campaign shall be announced via Skince Instagram, Skince may contact the winners through e-mail and a phone call. Notwithstanding anything contained herein, it shall be the sole responsibility of the participant Users to check the blog for the results/updates posted by Skince.
If we are unable to reach you on the contact details as shared by you, for a period of 15 days from when the winners are announced on the blog, the prize i.e Apple iPhone 12 (64GB), will be deemed to be unclaimed and Skince reserves the right to distribute the prize to other eligible Users based on lucky draw.
By participating in this Campaign, you consent to share your name (and masked phone number) on the blog, if you are chosen as a winner.
The winners will be required to provide a valid identification and address proof to collect the prize.
The prize will be distributed within 30 days of receipt of required documents from the winners.
The participant Users understand that We do not make any assurances as to the probability of winning in the Campaign. By entering the campaign code, the Users stand a chance to win the prize, based on draw of lots.
We do not collect any participation fees for the Campaign.
Participation in the Campaign is entirely voluntary.
Products on our Platform are available to You even if you do not participate in the Campaign.

Disclaimer: All rights in the names, images contained in the marketing/promotional material are reserved with the respective intellectual property right owners. Skince claims no ownership over the word “Apple iPhone” related words and related images.
All rights with respect to selection of the winner shall vest with us and shall be done as per the procedure adopted in our sole discretion. Our decision in this regard will be final.

The Campaign is applicable only for Skince customers.

The participant User shall not damage or misuse of intellectual property rights belonging to Us or any third party. All trademarks, trade names, logos, slogans, symbols etc being displayed on page are the exclusive property of Skince and cannot be copied or used by any third party for any purpose whatsoever and any unauthorized usage would amount to an “unlawful act” under the applicable law.

There is no cash alternative to the prize / benefits hereunder. Further, such benefits do not give any additional guarantee or warranty and are non- transferable.

Skince shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising due to participation by any person in the Campaign.

You hereby agree to indemnify and keep Skince harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by Skince as a consequence of (i) violation of terms of this Policy by You; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting due to wilful misconduct or negligence on Your part.

This Policy shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. Courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under this Policy.
