The Skince Money Back Guarantee for the Skince products* (only on applicable products as mentioned on website) is subject to the following terms and conditions:

Money - Back Guarantee is applicable only on limited products as mentioned on the website.

 

• For optimal results, step-by-step guide should be followed by customer.
• To be eligible for a refund - your product must be in a faulty, damaged condition.
• Incase of faulty product received, the product will be picked up, after inspection from our quality team the decision of refund will be informed to you.
• In case the return is accepted by the company,

• a) ₹ 500/- will be deducted as transportation and handling charges from the invoice amount and the balance amount will be returned to the customer via neft or in store credit.

  b) The balance amount shall be paid to the customer within 30 days of acceptance of return.

• The company’s decision will be considered final.
• Skince reserves the right to withdraw the Money-Back guarantee scheme at any point of time without any prior notice.
